Fry Room Operator
We’re hiring Fry Room Operators to support production at a rapidly growing food manufacturing company known for producing high-quality salty snacks. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and being part of a fast-paced production team, this is an opportunity to build a stable career in a growing industry.
In this role, you’ll help produce safe, high-quality products by operating fry room equipment, monitoring production performance, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are consistently met.
What You’ll Do
As a Fry Room Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

Operating and monitoring frying equipment during production runs
-
Producing food-safe products that meet quality and company standards
-
Performing routine quality checks following food safety guidelines
-
Monitoring batch performance and maintaining production targets
-
Completing production paperwork and system documentation accurately
-
Setting up, cleaning, and maintaining equipment and work areas
-
Communicating equipment or production concerns to supervisors
-
Supporting team training and maintaining an organized workspace
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Basic Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
-
1–3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
-
Food manufacturing experience is a plus
-
Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures
-
Comfortable working on your feet for most of the shift
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Bagger Operator
We’re hiring Bagger Operators to support packaging operations at a fast-growing salty snacks manufacturer. This role plays a key part in ensuring finished products are packaged safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards before reaching customers.

What You’ll Do
As a Bagger Operator, you’ll help keep packaging lines running smoothly while maintaining food safety and production standards. Responsibilities include:

Operating and monitoring bagging and packaging equipment

Packaging high-quality, food-safe products that meet company standards

Monitoring bagger feed rates to maintain efficient product flow

Performing routine quality checks following food safety guidelines

Setting up, cleaning, and maintaining packaging equipment

Replenishing packaging materials such as film and seasoning as needed

Completing production documentation accurately and on time

Communicating production updates and equipment issues to supervisors

Supporting team training and maintaining an organized work area

Helping reduce product waste and improve overall production efficiency
